We offer FREE shipping on all CarbonMod products. International shipping rates are typically too steep for us to offer free shipping worldwide. However, we may occasionally run select items and promotions providing free world wide shipping.

Returns are always welcome. Simply email us at support@carbonmod.com and we'll walk you through the process.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected(Carbonmod does not pay for return shipping or provide return labels), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be processed. After the original 15 days of purchase the product will only be eligible for one replacement Wallet(verified by our staff if you qualify within 30 days of purchase) and cannot be refunded. Defective products will be eligible for one Replacement product(of the same of lesser value) once the product is received at our Shipping center and deemed defective.
